Aluminum and steel construction. This saber was purposely done in simple lines with the use of elements seen in the movies sabers. Some form Anakin, some from Luke and some from Obi-Wan. Overall, however, I believe it has the same feel as Vader's sabers. Blade holder machined by TCSS. Black sections are powder-coated, NOT paint. Switch is recessed within a chromed wheel to avoid accidentaly switching the saber off while handling. Changing batteries is a breeze as the battery pack is easily accessible through the pommel.
This saber comes with a 1/16 wall polycarbonate blade with a shouldered tip and fiber-film diffuser.
